The semi-finalist, who is only one of six remaining contestants on ABC’s long-running dance competition series, wore a sporty ensemble and her hair in loose waves.
To master her choreography, she came prepared for a long day with a black tote bag and a brown backpack slung over her shoulders.

Despite appearing in high spirits upon her arrival to the rehearsal studio, the 35-year-old former Bachelorette tearfully opened up fans about losing one of her childhood best friends as a teenager.
Following her Argentine tango, which received a perfect score on Monday, the reality star shared a series of heart-wrenching videos to her Instagram Story.
‘Today was such a tough rehearsal,’ Bristowe explained to her 1.8 million followers, while shaking her head and sniffling. ‘I mean it’s just tough at this point in the competition, but I’m dancing a very emotional dance on Monday.’

Bristowe proceeded to reveal she would be honoring her late pal, named Lindsay, by dancing to her favorite song.
‘It was very tragic. I get upset about it all the time, but there’s this one song, that I haven’t been able to listen to for years and years and years because it was her favorite song and we played it at her funeral and that’s the song I’m dancing to,’ she told viewers.
Additionally, the beauty noted she has made a conscious choice over the years not to share the story on television because she has held it close to her heart.

Earlier this week, Kaitlyn and Chigvintsev, 38, executed a flawless Argentine tango to Britney Spears’ Toxic, garnering a perfect score with 30 points.
The judges called her dance ‘a star performance,’ with Bruno admiring its ‘luscious shapes and lines stretched to infinity,’ and comparing it to a painting in a museum.
‘Everything we’ve been wanting from you was in this routine,’ cheered Carrie Ann, who like Derek gave them a standing ovation and clapped wildly.
