Last week’s Made In Chelsea saw Tristan’s nose put out of joint when Will hit it off with Liv.

And in a scene exclusively shared with MailOnline from Monday night’s episode, the two rams lock horns over her, with Ollie seen playing mediator.

The tense scene sees Will admitting that he ‘owes an explanation’ to Tristan, after he confided in him previously about his feelings for Liv.

‘After the chat we had I went for a drink with Ollie and Gareth and Liv turned up and we got talking and there was a bit of chemistry there,’ Will explains. ‘And it was nice to get to know her and… ‘

Tristan then interjects: ‘She’s a fantastic woman. I have very similar feelings, it’s not something that I’m going to let disappear…’

At this point, Ollie, who is backing Will, asks Tristan: ‘Didn’t you say you didn’t want her?’

He bites back with: ‘No I said I need to know how she feels because she’s never opened up.’

At which Will continues: ‘End of the day, I think you’ve blown your chance here, I’d like to peruse these feelings and see where they go. I think we are a little bit more suited.’

Tristan shoots back with: ‘You’ve known her a couple of weeks!’

To which Will replies: ‘From what she’s told me she likes an older guy!’

Ollie tries again, saying to Tristan: ‘The only thing I worry about is that she doesn’t think you like her at all…’

Will says: ‘You’ve messed with Liv’s emotions – you say you want to be with her and like her and then as soon as another guy comes along you’re more interested – ‘

At which Tristan cuts in: ‘I think you’d like to think that’s the case but I wouldn’t flatter yourself. The problem is everyone keeps butting in when they shouldn’t.’

‘Do what you want!’ Tristan snaps, to which Will says: ‘I will do what I want! I think I can look after her and I’m not going to mess her around like you have!’

‘You have an opinion that you shouldn’t have quite frankly,’ is Tristan’s response, at which Will argues: ‘I have it anyway!’

Made In Chelsea airs on Monday at 9PM on E4.
