Jennifer Hawkins shares heartwarming photo of baby Frankie Violet, one, taking a nap on her chest

Jennifer Hawkins often posts adorable updates about her gorgeous daughter, Frankie Violet, since her birth in October 2019.

And Tuesday was no different for the former Miss Universe Australia, as she shared a heartwarming image of her little one cuddled up to her chest during nap time.

Hinting she may have been a little moody earlier in the day, Jennifer, 36, captioned the shot: ‘Naps were interesting today! Sooky laaa!’

In the black-and-white photo, Frankie appears sound asleep wearing a little jumper and shorts while her mum grips onto her tightly.

Jennifer recently hinted that she struggled to fall pregnant before finally welcoming her beautiful baby girl during a live radio interview.

Speaking on The Kyle and Jackie O Show, Jennifer admitted: ‘I just feel so grateful to be in this moment, because it was not perfect leading up.

‘I had a break when I had Frankie, as it took us a little bit to get there. It changes you so much.’ 

Jennifer announced she was expecting a child with her husband Jake Wall, 37, back in May 2019.

She expressed her desire to start a family in September a year prior, following her departure from Myer after 12 years as the department store’s ambassador.

At her final runway show for the retailer, Jennifer told the Herald Sun: ‘I’d love to have a family, it’s taking the time to look ahead. I want to have the time to be able to do that.’

Jennifer married property developer Jake in Bali, Indonesia in 2013, after eight years of dating.

The pair recently celebrated Frankie’s first birthday in October.

Alongside a string of pictures of the little one, Jennifer wrote: ‘Our sweet girl Frankie Violet is ONE today!’ Jennifer wrote in the caption.

The mother-of-one continued: ‘This year with her has been such a ride. A dream come true! All the love, laughs, fun (+ nappies & chaos) – such a blessing!’

She concluded the post writing: ‘We adore you cheeky monkey!!’
