Their romantic sunset stroll on Monday came less than 24-hours after the love birds indulged in a date night at Tre Lune in Montecito, CA.
Amelia shared a slew of snapshots of the couple’s delicious dinner.
The pair also happened to grab dinner together at the swanky Italian Joint on November 9.
Both Disick and Hamlin took to their Instagram stories to share snaps of their dinner spread during the date.

The dinner date was the second time in a week they were spotted together, after arriving together at Kendall Jenner’s Halloween-themed birthday party.
They were both spotted arriving at the party, held at Harriet’s Rooftop at 1 Hotel in West Hollywood.
Disick was dressed up as the Jim Carrey comedic character Ace Ventura, while Hamlin opted for a pink bob wig, candy bra and short shorts with knee-high boots.
The party date came just two months after Disick split with Sofia Richie, after three years of dating.
While Richie was 15 years younger than Disick, there is a 17-year age difference between Disick and Hamlin.
Over the two months since his split with Richie, Disick has also been seen out and about with other women.
He was spotted on dates with models Bella Banos and Megan Blake Irwin, while also spotted hanging out with his ex Kourtney Kardashian.
Hamlin was previously dating Mercer Wiederhorn earlier this year.
