It has been two months since he signed an impressive four-movie Netflix deal, including Joseph Kosinski’s Spiderhead.
And on Wednesday, Chris Hemsworth was pictured leaving a luxury beachside mansion on the Gold Coast to kick off filming for the action flick.
The 37-year-old made his way to the Hinze Dam where newly released aerial shots have highlighted the grand scale of the production.

The images show a large crane and a seaplane situated at the end of the port.
Several cars are parked in the car park while the cast and crew are seen making their way up to the plane.
There are also several rescue boats located around the seaplane for further safety.
Built across the Nerang River, the Hinze Dam proves to be the ideal location for Chris to get to work.

As well as the Hinze Dam, Chris and his co-stars Miles Tiller and Jurnee Smollett are also said to be filming at the Gold Coast Convention Centre this week.
Back in September, the Sunday Telegraph reported that the hunk signed a four-movie Netflix deal, including Spiderhead.
Chris is reportedly negotiating for the three other films also to be filmed in Australia.
