Karl Stefanovic and Jasmine Yarbrough reveal parenting trick

Jasmine Yarbrough and Karl Stefanovic recently celebrated the ‘six month birthday’ of their little girl, Harper May.

And on Thursday, the shoe designer updated fans on how their daughter’s sleep routine has dramatically improved since introducing story time.

‘Two weeks since we began the The Sleep Teacher Kristy’s program and it made such a difference,’ the 36-year-old captioned her latest post on Instagram.

‘Kristy’s routines and gentle approach to sleep training has helped us to work through Harper’s teething and other little changes like sleep regressions and suddenly resisting nap time.’

She added: ‘Mum Dad and Harper thank you!’ 

While Jasmine did not reveal exactly what Harper Mary’s routine comprised of, she did encourage other parents to reach out if they were experiencing trouble.

‘If you need support, check out her online forum and The Sleep Teacher programs where you can ask questions any time, get information, routines and advice,’ she wrote. 

Jasmine’s post follows showing off how similar Harper May is to her dad, Karl, as they both have a fondness for laughing.

In a sweet clip of the youngster happily giggling on Tuesday, she was spotted chuckling along as her mother, who was just off camera, as she clapped her hands and sang for her. 

Harper looked cute as a button in a light pink onesie while sitting in a Peppa Pig chair and clutching a colourful children’s toy. 

She is the first child for Jasmine and the fourth for Karl, who shares three older children with his first wife, Cassandra Thorburn. 

The Stefanovics welcomed baby Harper at Sydney’s North Shore Private Hospital on Friday, May 1.
