‘Loved @supersupfit class so so much… I was feeling a little intimidated when I walked in…

‘But as soon as Sophie got everyone going and assured us all that this class certainly doesn’t take itself as seriously as it might appear! It all about having fun and feeling good.

‘So soon I was stuck in to my wobble moves and making waves. The whole experience is just a surge of happy hormones !!

‘Thank you @supersupfit @driftbeachdubai for having me.’

Happy days: Last month the model admitted they were forced to remain in Dubai after their daughter fell ill, with Amy devoting her time to nursing her back to full health

Earlier this month, Amy told how she, her fiancé Daniel Day and their daughter would be staying in Dubai for the next few weeks, after ‘escaping’ Britain’s national lockdown.

They had already been forced to stay after missing their flight home following their daughter Demelza, 10 months, falling ill.

She wrote: ‘Sorry #lockdown we are escaping you… genuinely gobsmacked that we are in this position as we were supposed to already be home by now.

‘However with everything being open here in #Dubai it makes no sense for us to fly home. So I’m taking it as an extremely lucky sign and going to enjoy the freedom being here offers us.

‘I’m a home girl at heart and I miss my #Bristol family and my [animals] so much! Sending you all a virtual hug in these crazy, crazy times xxx’.

She revealed at the end of last month that her family were forced to stay in Dubai after they missed their flight home when her daughter Demelza fell ill on the trip.

Amy devoted her time to nursing her back to full health. She wrote: ‘Evening all! My instamovements stopped pretty much since my girl has been sick…

‘She is my priority and I know when she needs me so every breath of my focus has been making sure she gets better and know that she is safe.

‘After a few painful days and many tears (mostly mine) my girl is coming out the other end of her sudden illness…

‘We’ve been told it’s not #covid which is a big relief! She’s currently on antibiotics and getting stronger each day.

‘Again thank you to everyone that reached out – We had so many kind well wishes – thank you, we have decided to stay in #dubai as we missed our flight with Dem being unable to travel…

‘And now basically I think we are just going to stay here forever.’
