A month later, Michael said that he was in attendance at the famous Deauville Film Festival in France in August 1998 when he realized the cast of The Mask Of Zorro would also be attending.
He asked his assistant to find out if Catherine would be attending, if she was alone and if she wanted to grab a drink with him.
