Strictly’s Maisie Smith flaunts her abs as she heads to final rehearsals ahead of live show… after ‘crying all night’ over shock bottom two scrape

She is said to be devastated over her lacklustre results on last week’s Strictly.

But EastEnders star Maisie Smith proved herself to be determined as ever as she headed to her final rehearsals ahead of Saturday night’s live shows.

The actress, 19, stepped out in a teal tracksuit, which flashed her impressive abs, while wrapping up in a white coat a week after she narrowly escaped being kicked off the show after facing off against Max George.

Stunner: EastEnders star Maisie Smith proved herself to be determined as ever as she headed to her final rehearsals ahead of Saturday night’s live shows

Maisie was flaunting the fruits of her gruelling work in rehearsals as she showcased her taut and toned stomach in the stomach-flashing jumper.

She wrapped up in a padded white coat and went for a unique choice of footwear in bright pink Crocs with Nike trainer liners worn underneath.

Her trademark flame red tresses were worn in a loose updo while she seemed to be ready for the glitz of the show with her deep tanned skin.

Her outing comes shortly after it was reported that she was left ‘crying all night’ after landing in the bottom two couple’s during last weekend’s vote.

Alongside her devoted partner Gorka Márquez, she faced off against Max and his pro partner Dianne Buswell in the dance off.

And following the close call, Maisie apparently had to be comforted by her fellow Strictly co-stars after taking the vote ‘to heart’.

A source told The Sun: ‘Poor Maisie has been so upset – she’s been crying all night and has really taken it to heart. She’s young and living away from home for the first time so it’s hard on her.’

The insider went on to say that the young actress had the support of her fellow celebrity contestants and professional dancers as they attempted to cheer her up.

They added: ‘The show’s dancers and the other celebs have been rallying around and trying to lift her spirits.’

MailOnline have contacted Maisie’s representatives for comment.

Despite earning a respectable 24 with her Cha Cha, Maisie and Gorka, 30, landed in the bottom two couples, much to the shock of viewers.

And following the result, in which the teen was saved by Craig Revel Horwood and Anton Du Beke, former Strictly pro Kevin Clifton claimed Maisie is a victim of sexism after landing in the dance-off on Sunday.
