Bikini-clad Rose McGowan dotes on her pet pooch during trip to Mexico beach

Earlier this month, she shared a snap of herself with her arm in cast during a trip to a Mexican hospital, after breaking her wrist while ‘reading the US election results’.

And Rose McGowan showed just how quickly she’s bounced back on Saturday, when she shared a clip of herself enjoying a day at the beach with her beloved pet pooch.

The 47-year-old actress, who is enjoying an extended break in Mexico, looked sensational as she frolicked in the ocean while sporting a yellow string bikini.

With her cast nowhere in sight, the star cuddled and lifted her four-legged friend as they lapped up the gentle waves together while basking in the glorious sunshine.

Captioning the clip, which she shared on Instagram, Rose wrote: ‘Mi amor Perlita (little Pearl.) I am very lucky to have found a quiet spot to heal.’

‘Thank you to the goddesses for letting me live long enough to enjoy living. Viva Mexico,’ the Death Proof star concluded.

Her outing comes almost three weeks after she revealed that she had broken her wrist, sharing a snap of her injury two days after the US presidential election. 

In her caption, the Scream star explained that her injury was at least incidentally related to the heated battle between President Donald Trump and Joe Biden, who has since emerged the victor and his now the President-Elect.

She wrote: ‘Reading US election results while on the stairs = bone break. It cost $250 in Mexico for my emergency room visit, compared to a likely 10k hospital bill in California for the same accident.’ 

‘USA is not the land of the free, it’s the land of the overcharged. #bigpharma #usa #mexico OUCH,’ she concluded.

Meanwhile, Rose last month claimed that Facebook deactivated her account ahead of the final presidential debate and that Twitterhas been suppressing her posts.

The actress and #MeToo activist made the claims in a Twitter post, though did not provide any evidence that her account had been deactivated.  

Rose claims the social media giant deactivated her account after she announced she was taking part in a debate response hosted by the Movement for a People’s Party following  a penultimate presidential debate. 

‘Facebook deactivated my account hours after I posted I would have a debate response,’ she tweeted.

‘Twitter suppressing me. Insta/g/YouTube/Google. I’ve been a victim of conspiracies before this one smells like Dems.’ 

The star said that she had only received an average of 230 likes on her tweets in 24 hours even though she has one million followers. 

She claimed this was evidence that Twitter had been suppressing her. 

The Charmed actress went on to say that also received less likes if she posted about Jeffrey Epstein, the Clintons or Joe Biden.

‘This is not about popularity, this is corruption,’ she said. 

‘The complicity machine (creeps who couldn’t speak to girls so they changed the way we call communicate) – (Mark) Zuckerberg, (Jack) Dorsey, (Google co-founders Sergey) Brin, (Larry) Page, are (in my opinion) all in on it.

‘How do I get around them? Thoughts? Am I that scary to them?’  

Days earlier, she lashed out at ‘liberal intellectuals’ for rushing to defend New Yorker writer and CNN contributor Jeffrey Toobin amid his masturbation scandal. 

Rose led a wave of condemnation aimed at those suggesting the incident was an ‘accident’ after he was caught exposing himself on a work Zoom call. 

‘Can you all imagine if a conservative woman was caught masturbating on an meeting like #MeToobin?’ Rose said. 

‘If it had been a liberal woman? If it had been a WOC? Do you think there’d be liberal ‘intellectuals’ rising to defend her? She’d be burned at the stake.’
