But the chemistry between Delta Goodrem and her boyfriend, Matthew Copley, was undeniable on Thursday as the duo took to the stage at the Tour de Cure cancer charity lunch at Sydney’s Hyatt Regency.
Despite hosting the ARIA Awards the night before, Delta, 36, looked fresh-faced and fabulous as she performed alongside her guitar-playing partner.

Delta oozed confidence in a pair of grey office-style trousers and a crisp white shirt, teaming the look with stiletto heels.
She wore minimal makeup, drawing attention to her natural beauty, and styled her hair in gentle waves.
Her other half looked every inch the dreamy musician as he strummed his acoustic guitar beside her, wearing a casual black shirt and pants.
Matthew stared lovingly at his girlfriend as she delved into her back catalogue of hits and sang to the crowd.

While posing on the red carpet, Delta added to her look by draping an oversized blazer across her shoulders.
The genetically blessed couple have tried to keep their romance out of the public eye as much as possible, but recently Delta couldn’t help but gush about her partner when asked about him in an interview.
The songstress told The Daily Telegraph’s Stellar magazine in May that being in lockdown had helped bring them closer together.

‘I am pretty consistent with saying to people that my private life is my private life, but we are spending isolation together and, in our household, we’re both performers,’ Delta said.
‘It’s a relationship of respect. Matt is an incredible musician, and we really enjoy working together.’
‘Music is how we met; it’s what we both do, so it’s really about just being creative in the household,’ she concluded.
Delta and Matthew confirmed they were dating in January 2018, but have kept their romance under wraps. The pair first met while on tour in late 2017.
‘I made a conscious decision when I was 30 that I’m not somebody who wants to talk about relationships,’ Delta told InStyle magazine back in 2018.
Before meeting Matthew, the Born to Try hitmaker had dated the likes of tennis star Mark Philippoussis and Irish singer Brian McFadden.
