While the catchy track did not ultimately make her 2016 record, fans of the star were overjoyed by the release, which coincided with Spears’ 39th birthday on Wednesday.
In the cover art for the never-before-released tune, the Grammy winner crouches on one knee in the sand next to broken chains in a pair of thigh-high metallic boots.

With soft waves and glistening stars behind her, the star kept her mouth and nose covered behind her hand as her bright blonde tresses cascaded past her shoulders.
She appeared to be wearing a gold crop top and matching high-low sarong skirt, which was made from the same material as her bracelets and shoes.
The snap, taken at dusk, looked similar to her revamped cover for Glory, which she released in May, depicting her posing seductively in a tiny glistening gold bodysuit.
The song, which first became available as a 12-inch vinyl on Urban Outfitters’ website two weeks ago, is now available on streaming platforms, YouTube and for purchase.
