She was released the next day and phoned home to Atlanta to speak with her one-year-old daughter Pilar Jhena, her mother Ms. Diane and sister Lauren.

PJ instantly smiled when she recognized Porsha on the video call and kicked her feet in excitement.

‘It was rough y’all. It, it stank …The floors were hard. So I’m tired and I’m going to catch a five o’clock flight and come on home,’ she said.

‘I’m glad I did it. You know when I laid down and I finally gave up that I was gonna get out that night. And I thought to myself, at the end of the day no matter when I get outta here I’m gonna kiss my mama and I’m gonna kiss my baby,’ Porsha told her mother and sister.

‘But the reason I’m here is for Breonna Taylor and she can’t do either of those things,’ she added.

‘When I walked out of that jail and I saw her mother, Miss Tamika Palmer, and I hugged her. And she had such warmth. It was just so selfless because you know she is suffering,’ Porsha said over the phone.

In a confessional that featured clips of PJ, Porsha added: ‘Every time I look at Tamika Palmer, I think to myself I can’t even imagine having hopes and dreams for my daughter’s future, and the people who are being paid to protect and serve take her away from me.’

She admitted to being scared at some points and also thinking ‘this is what my grandfather had to do and go through’.

‘I will have to organize, you know? And make sure that things that I say that I’m gonna be a part of, if it has anything to do with the movement, I gotta make sure that I do it and make sure I do it wholeheartedly,’ Porsha said.

The Dish Nation star mentioned a development in Taylor’s case shown in a DailyMail.com article that gave her further resolve.

‘When we got back from Kentucky, we learned that an outside organization is taking a look into Breonna’s case. This is definitely a step forward for Breonna and her family. I’m just gonna continue doin’ what I’m doing and shine a light on people who frankly aren’t doing their damn job,’ Porsha said in a confessional.

She also told her mother that her relationship with fiance Dennis McKinley needed to evolve and their arguments were starting to get ‘a little toxic’.

‘Before quarantine, something small didn’t feel big to us, but now toxic can be you taking a long time to bring me the bottle. Toxic can be that you didn’t clean the living room up with her toys. Like, simple s*** can take you to level 10,’ Porsha said.

She added that it didn’t feel as if they were able to connect.

‘Because you left the other day, and I still don’t know where you were,’ Drew said.

‘You don’t really truly understand men and how we work, especially black men. If I leave, it’s really truly in the spur of the moment because I need to get away,’ Ralph said.

He added that it was the best decision at the moment and that Drew didn’t understand the pressure he was under.

‘I came from nothin’. I’m the first generation where I’m trying to create what a true legacy looks like,’ Ralph said.

Drew then went back to her original question.

‘In what planet you can leave the house, and you’re married, and you can’t tell your wife where you’re goin’, where you are? Like, that’s crazy,’ Drew said.

He insisted that information didn’t help her and Tampa had nothing to do with her.

‘I don’t know who would drive past four beaches to get to the ocean. A ocean is a ocean. A beach is a beach. I got my eyes open,’ Drew said in a confessional.

She then accused Ralph of spying on her, her mother and their children with a camera while he was away.

‘I found a picture in his phone where I was sleeping, my mom was sitting on the couch, and my kids were in the background. It’s just too much. Like, that’s disrespectful. It’s an invasion of privacy and I’m so hurt,’ Drew said.

Ralph asked if she wanted to have another six years of marriage and told Drew she had to stop raising ‘stupid’ issues.
