Jackson, along with 17 other celebrities, took part in a two-week long SAS selection training course under physically and emotionally tough conditions.

But after eight days, Jackson quit and handed in his number to the Directing Staff.

He shared dramatic before and after selfies on Instagram, showing how he looked after shedding the weight during his stint on the program.

Prior to the show, Jackson weighed 85kg, but his weight dropped to 75kg after filming ended.

In the first photo, Jackson flaunted his muscular build as he posed in front of the mirror.

He also shared a second photograph, which showed his slimmed-down figure after returning home from filming.
