And Australian star Rebecca Breeds has proved she has come a long way since starring on the Aussie soap, as she is set to take on the leading role in the highly-anticipated series, Clarice, which will soon be available to stream on Stan.

The 33-year-old actress will star as FBI Agent Clarice Starling, famously played by Jodie Foster in the hit 1991 American psychological horror film, The Silence Of The Lambs.

Clarice is set a year after the events in The Silence of the Lambs, which is also based on the novel of the same name by Thomas Harris.

It follows FBI Agent Clarice Starling as she returns to the field in 1993 and will dive deep into her untold story – her challenging childhood that continues to haunt her, as well as her own complex psychological makeup.

It will also explore her finding her voice and empowering herself in the male dominated FBI.
