Joseph Baena goes shirtless as he enjoys summer-like day on the beach in Southern California

Joseph Baena has made exercise an integral part of his life, as seen by his many posts he’s made on social media.

And on Sunday the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger did just that once again when he soaked in the sun and ocean in his native Southern California. 

‘Happy Sunday,’ he wrote across the top of of snap showing himself jogging shirtless just feet from the incoming waves.

With his rock-solid physique on display, Baena made his way on the sand wearing only baby blue swim trunks. 

He picked the perfect winter day to enjoy a day on the beach as the temperatures soared into the upper 80s Fahrenheit more inland and the upper 70’s at the coast.   

With a couple of kayaks in view in the photo, it appears his day may have also included a hearty workout on the water.

The day on the beach comes just two days after he shared a series of photos on Instagram that included one in which he posed alongside his famous father.

The pair stood on both sides of a mural depicting the Terminator star in one of his famous bodybuilding poses.

Schwarzenegger is a former Mr. Universe and Mr. Olympia champion who’s now considered one of the most important figures in the history of bodybuilding. 

With his many photos and videos, Baena has shown he too caught the bug for bodybuilding and exercise as a whole.

Baena often likes to showoff some of the flexing moves made famous by his dad during his legendary career that began back in the 1960s. 

Baena’s mother, Mildred Baena, was the Schwarzenegger family’s housekeeper when she had an affair with the action movie star in the 1990s.
