TALK OF THE TOWN: Karren Brady’s daughter is on her way to becoming a millionaire

TALK OF THE TOWN: Karren Brady’s daughter Sophia Peschisolido, 23, is on her way to becoming a millionaire thanks to 18 lucrative deals with fashion and beauty companies

With her mother Karren Brady a star of BBC show The Apprentice, maybe it’s no surprise that Sophia Peschisolido is showing some serious business acumen of her own.

I hear the Topshop-publicist-turned-Instagram-influencer is on the way to becoming a millionaire in her own right, thanks to 18 lucrative deals with fashion and beauty companies.

On the payroll of brands including Boux Avenue lingerie, Pretty Little Thing and Protein World,

Sophia, 23 – who is fast becoming a Chelsea ‘It girl’ – earns a five-figure sum each time she posts to her 228,000 followers about the brands.

And I hear the film and television graduate gets a little help from her mum. While Karren acts as Alan Sugar’s sidekick on The Apprentice, she takes a more active role with her daughter – by taking the photographs which are posted on social media.

One friend says of Sophia: ‘She’s a self-made millionairess now. She certainly has her mother’s brains.’

She is already flogging £69 cashmere socks and £115 hot-water bottles to help plug a hole in the Royal finances.

Now the Queen has come up with another way of boosting her coffers – selling seeds taken from plants on the Sandringham Estate.

Sunflower, cornflower, hollyhock and bluebell seeds are on sale from the Royal Collection website at £2.50 a packet in a bid to help fill a £64 million shortfall caused by Covid-19 keeping visitors away from Royal palaces.

Let’s hope this new venture helps germinate the green shoots of recovery…
