RHOM’s Lisa Hochstein fined over $3k for house party attended by Post Malone and Scott Disick

Real Housewives Of Miami star Lisa Hochstein has been fined over $3k after several over-the-top parties at her home in the exclusive Star Island neighborhood of the city.

The reality alum, 38, and plastic surgeon husband Lenny Hochstein, nicknamed the ‘boob god’, were issued a citation by Miami authorities after letting pal and ‘King of New York Nightlife’ Richie Akiva invite 150 people over for a bash.

Post Malone, Scott Disick, Lil Pump, Tyga and YouTube star Jake Paul attended and there were performances by rappers Lil Baby, 24kGoldn and Gucci Mane.

Miami officials cited the Hochsteins’ party as ‘unreasonably loud, excessive, unnecessary or unusual noise.’ They were not guilty of any COVID-19 violations, however.

The weekend prior the couple were also cited for noise, per reports the Miami Herald.

The police cleared that party and law enforcement has said they will continue to ‘monitor’ the property.

The Hochsteins now owe the city $3,250, according to a local official who spoke to Page Six.

But Lisa insists they did nothing wrong, telling the site: ‘We offered the backyard of our home to a friend that wanted to plan a last-minute get together…’

‘They were required to hire private security and cap the capacity at 150 people. Guests were temperature checked upon arrival and could only access the outdoor space surrounding our house. Guests were told to wear masks when not eating or drinking.’

At least 150 maskless revelers partied at the star-studded birthday bash over the weekend.

The bash was a birthday party for Electric Feel Entertainment founder Austin Rosen.

Guests at the extravagant event enjoyed a private concert with performances by rapper Lil Baby, 24kGoldn and Gucci Mane.

The gathering left locals ‘appalled’ by the disregard for safety measures.

However, the guests did not technically commit any violations under Florida’s Phase 3 rules. Under the state’s guidelines gatherings are allowed and restaurants, clubs and bars are open however, people are encouraged to limit gatherings to 10 people.

Florida’s guidelines regarding parties

Florida as a whole is in Phase 3 of its reopening plan and most coronavirus-related restrictions were lifted on September 25.

Under this phase people can’t be hit with fees or penalities for failing to practice social distancing or wear masks as they did during earlier phases.

In Miami-Dade County restaurants, clubs, and bars are open with certain restrictions.

Restaurants are open at 100 percent capacity as long as social distancing between tables is maintained.

Bars with only counter service can reach 50 percent capacity and nightclubs are allowed to be open with masks required on dance floor.

There are no explicit rules regarding house parties, but the state discourages congregating in groups larger than 10 people.

In Miami-Dade County everyone is required to wear a mask when in public unless theyre inside a private residence.

In Miami-Dade businesses close by midnight in a bid to prevent people from partying too late, but that doesn’t stop people from throwing house parties.

Under this phase people can’t be hit with fees or penalities for failing to practice social distancing or wear masks as they did during earlier phases.

Mayor Francis Suarez has kept in place loosened restriction first enacted by former Miami Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez.

On October 8 restaurants were allowed to reopen at full capacity as long as social distancing is maintained.

Nightclubs and bars were also allowed to be opened with capacity restrictions.

Bars with only counter service can reach 50 percent capacity, and nightclubs are allowed to be open with masks required on dance floor.

Overall, Florida has recorded more than 1.5million COVID cases and more than 24,271 resident deaths and 383 non-resident deaths.

Due to the relaxed COVID restrictions, celebs have flocked to Florida to enjoy the warm weather and ability to throw parties.

Celebrities including Teyana Taylor and Diddy were seen throwing events amid the pandemic without much social distancing in Florida.

Attendees say that there were few masks and no social distancing at the Star Island party and people packed in close together near the stage to sing and dance.

Guests danced the night away without a care despite the active threat of the virus.

One reveler said to Page Six: ‘Miami is open b******!’

The source said the performers went on stage at midnight – the very time when other restaurants and places in the city are required to close due to COVID restrictions.

‘House parties are happening because people don’t want to go home, they don’t want the party to stop. People do not give a f***,’ the source said.

The guests reportedly had an ‘honor system’ to get COVID tests before attending the gathering.
