Nicole Kidman’s sister Antonia thrills fans as she poses alongside lookalike daughter Lucia

Nicole Kidman’s sister Antonia is the proud mother of six children. 

And on Friday, the 50-year-old gushed about the bond she shares with her firstborn child, daughter Lucia Hawley, 23.

Antonia posted a gorgeous picture of the pair on Instagram, and fans couldn’t get over how much they look alike.

‘You are the double of each other, Antonia,’ one follower remarked underneath the image. 

‘You look like sisters!’ another added.  

In her post, the journalist and lawyer said she shared a ‘powerful connection’ with her firstborn, but clarified that it wasn’t favouritism in any way. 

‘First born. There’s something powerful about the connection with a first child. It’s not favoritism or anything of that nature,’ Antonia said. 

She added: ‘Rather, I think it’s because there is a period of time where there are no other beings vying for your love and attention and your focus and devotion is entirely to them.’

Antonia and her late ex-husband Angus Hawley shared four children together: Lucia, 23, Hamish, 19, James, 17, and Sybella, 13. 

The former couple were married for 11 years, but split in 2007.

In April 2015, Angus died in New York from a suspected heart attack at the age of 46. 

After their separation, Antonia married Singaporean-based businessman Craig Marran in April 2010 and they went on to have two children together: sons Nicholas, nine, and Alexander, seven.

Angus was married to Prue Fisher for three years before his death in 2015.

Antonia and her family recently moved back to Sydney, after almost a decade of living in Singapore. 

She said in 2017 that balancing six children with a busy career can be ‘tricky’.

‘There really is no secret,’ she told 9Honey of motherhood. ‘No matter how many kids you have, it’s tricky.’
