‘In regards to this tweet from Sat night, it’s wrong…& right. Katie was NOT announced as Bachette at WTA. Message I got was ‘it’s Katie and it came out at WTA.’ I thought that meant it happened there,’ Reality Steve tweeted.
‘But I’ve been told it’s confirmed it’s Katie and she’ll be named this week,’ he added.
Katie has made her presence felt on the ABC reality show since she emerged from the limo at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Pennsylvania to meet Matt James, 29, the first black Bachelor lead of the franchise since its premiere in March 2002.

She carried what Matt described on Monday’s episode as a ‘cactus-sized vibrator’ as she got out of the limo and later emerged as a fierce prosecutor of ‘mean girls’ who were bullying contestants on the show.
Katie and Matt went on a one-on-one date in which they pulled a prank on his best friend and former The Bachelorette contestant Tyler Cameron, 28.
Matt during their dinner date held up a rose, but held back from giving it to her as he admitted that his relationships with other women had progressed further than theirs.
