The Love Island’s Amy Hart shows off her toned physique in animal print sportswear as she braves the cold to head out for a morning run

She managed to squeeze in a series of holidays last year amid the coronavirus pandemic.  

And, Amy Hart ensured she’d be ready for her next getaway as she braved the cold weather in Worthing on Wednesday as she headed out for a morning run.

The Love Island star, 28, showed off her toned physique in a pair of skin-tight animal print leggings and a co-ordinating top.

Amy looked focused as she pounded along the street in her eye-catching gymwear, with a black sports jacket to help keep her warm.

The blonde beauty swept back her long tresses into a sleek ponytail and sported a flawless make-up look for her run. 

Last month, the former flight attendant revealed her aims to have a baby by 35, with or without a partner. 

The TV star told The Sun: ‘I feel like because I am absolutely fine being a solo parent, I have so many friends that have ended up solo parents through no fault of their own, they haven’t planned it.

‘They’re absolutely bossing it and if you look at really strong mums like Lydia Bright and Ferne McCann – they’re absolutely smashing it. You don’t need a man at all. I’m such a control freak. I have a fear that people are going to let me down.

‘If I get to 35 and I haven’t met someone then I’ll have a baby. But if I meet someone at 34 and then we split up after two or three years and I haven’t had a baby, my eggs would be expired.’

The blonde also insisted she’s ‘too independent’ and shared her plans to freeze her eggs in September.
