She married former AFL player-turned-charity CEO Jake Edwards in a lavish wedding on Monday night’s premiere of Married At First Sight.
But Daily Mail Australia can reveal before signing up to the Channel Nine experiment, TV bride Rebecca ‘Beck’ Zemek was set to walk down the aisle with another footballer.
The 27-year-old was previously engaged to, Steven Verrier, who played in the West Australian Football League.

After a 10-year relationship, Beck is understood to have split from her fiance, allegedly due to infidelity on both sides.
Resurfaced social media photos of the couple dated back to 2014 show a much younger Beck looking head-over-heels for her high school sweetheart.
In the pictures, she sported darker locks and a thinner pout.
During their time together, Steve also penned a sweet tribute to his then girlfriend.

Steven was picked up by Richmond during the 2012 Rookie Draft and was at the club until the end of 2013. He never played a senior game.
