Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly coming to an agreement on a custody arrangement for their four children in the wake of their high-profile split.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star filed for divorce earlier this month, and sources close to the couple say Kim is encouraging her estranged husband to spend time with their kids, People Magazine reported on Thursday.
A second insider added that the mogul mom has ‘never threatened’ to keep the rapper from North, seven, Saint, five, Chicago, three and Psalm, 21 months.

‘Kanye has been spending time with all the kids,’ a source told People. ‘A nanny is around during the visits. Kim has not been around for the visits, at Kanye’s request.’
Kim and Kanye have been living apart for several months now following their nearly seven-year marriage hitting the skids.
The budding attorney is residing with their four children in the couple’s Southern California estate while Yeezy stays at their ranch in Wyoming.
‘Kim has made it clear that Kanye can talk to his children anytime he wants. She has never threatened to keep him from the kids,’ People’s insider said.
‘Kanye has been spending time with all the kids,’ a source told People. ‘A nanny is around during the visits. Kim has not been around for the visits, at Kanye’s request.’
‘She only requires that he is not going to damage them. She knows he loves them, and they love him. Kanye can FaceTime the kids anytime he wants.’
They continued: ‘He knows he needs to be in contact with his kids. They need contact with their father. He needs to show them how much he loves them.’
It was previously reported that the couple is close to hammering out joint physical and legal custody agreement for their four young children and that the process has, so far, been free of any drama.
Kim’s attorney officially submitted paperwork for a dissolution of marriage in mid February.
‘Kim has made it clear that Kanye can talk to his children anytime he wants. She has never threatened to keep him from the kids,’ People’s insider said. ‘She only requires that he is not going to damage them. She knows he loves them, and they love him. Kanye can FaceTime the kids anytime he wants.’
And, the star didn’t have to look very far when finding representation to help as she enlisted the services of top divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, who also handled Kim’s split from her second husband Kris Humphries after 72 days.
The E! star appears to be moving on as best she can and was seen making the most of her new single status Tuesday at Beverly Hills hotspot Matsuhisa.
The occasion, which she spent with bestie Jonathan Cheba, sister Kourtney, friend La La Anthony and former assistant, Stephanie Shepherd marked her first big night out since filing for divorce.
Before she hit the town it was claimed that Kanye tried to sell some of the jewellery he had bought for Kim, just days before she filed for divorce.

The rapper, 43, is said to have visited two jewellers to get quotes for the items he was considering selling.
A source told The Sun: ‘In the last two weeks, Kanye was attempting to sell jewellery he had purchased for Kim to at least two top jewellers. Kanye recently said, “I don’t want to be connected to the Kardashian brand anymore” but he was so torn because he still very much loves Kim.
‘Although he never ended up selling the jewellery he was talking about how he didn’t want to be reminded of the past.’

The insider added Kanye ‘really wanted to stay together but she was done’. During their marriage, the Stronger hitmaker splashed out millions building Kim’s jewellery collection.
These included a $1million Lorraine Schwartz diamond necklace as her push present for North, her 15-carat engagement ring worth $3million, two Cartier bracelets and a vintage Cartier gold plaque necklace with a text from Kanye etched into it.
Prior to Kim’s night out, Kanye was spotted out without his ring for the first time since the divorce went public wearing a bright blue track suit as he stopped by the Yeezy Christian Academy on Monday afternoon.
