The Strictly Come Dancing host, who has Phoebe, 16, and Amber, 11, with husband Vernon Kay, 46, shared throwback snaps with her girls in the sweet post.

Tess looked radiant in a throwback snap with her eldest daughter, taken when she was pregnant with Amber.
The blonde bombshell was pictured in a white bikini soaking up the sunshine on holiday, while Phoebe sweetly planted a kiss on her bump.
Another shot showed Tess beaming broadly as she cradled baby Amber.

Speaking to Woman’s Health UK, Tess reflected on the challenges she faced while her husband of 18 years was away in Wales, locked up in a castle for the show.
‘The printer, the dishwasher, the dryer [all broke] – basically everything you need when solo parenting,’ she told the publication. ‘I was like, “Okay, Vern, I really do need you around the house!”
‘We’re soulmates, me and Vernon. It’s been a ride. And I love him more than ever.’
