Stacey Solomon has reportedly been approached to join the next series of Strictly Come Dancing, with BBC bosses keen to try to poach the star from ITV ‘for good’.
The Loose Women panellist, 31, was said to be ‘in the frame’ for the dancing show last year, but didn’t want to leave her sons to quarantine.
But Stacey is said to be ‘more open’ to the idea of joining the show now that life is beginning to return to normal.

A source told The Sun: ‘Stacey’s name was in the frame for Strictly last year but she didn’t want to quarantine away from her kids.
‘The pandemic meant she wanted to be at home as much as possible to home-school her eldest two boys and because her youngest Rex was still a baby.’
Stacey is reportedly being considered by the BBC to be ‘lured’ from ITV for good.

The source added: ‘The Beeb sees huge potential in Stacey and are keen to lure her away from ITV for good. With the offer of Strictly on the cards they are promising her the opportunity to take her TV career to the next level.’

Stacey has managed to carve a lucrative career after finding fame on The X Factor more than 10 years ago.
Her loyalties have alway been with ITV, with her popularity going from strength-to-strength after she starred on I’m A Celebrity. She then went on to land a role as a panellist on Loose Women.

Her success has meant Stacey and her fiancé Joe Swash have found their ‘forever home’, after spending ‘a long time’ house hunting.
On Saturday, Stacey gave fans a glimpse inside her packing journey as she boxed up her belongings and joked she ‘forgot how hard packing was.’
The mother-of-three also hilariously berated her beau Joe’s ‘horrific’ box packing skills, while also doing her famous ‘Tap To Tidy’ montage around her home.
Speaking into the camera as she began her mammoth task, Stacey said: ‘I forgot how hard packing was! I really want to get it right because I don’t want to get to the other house and be like “where is everything?”
‘So I’ve done the bathroom and now I’m in Rex’s room and I’ll do his room next. And then I’ll move on to the rooms we use the least and then do the kitchen last I think.’
She went on: ‘And I’m just letting Joe do his own stuff because oh my God, the way he packs stuff gives me actual heart palpitations!

‘I’m not joking, it is the most horrific thing you’ve ever seen! I’ll find you one of his boxes later and you’ll be like “do not let him pack anything!”
She later shared a clip of her and Joe, 39, squabbling over his packing before showing off Joe’s box filled with just four items.
As Joe argued there was plenty of space for more, Stacey insisted: ‘No, you’re not packing Rex’s stuff, I can’t cope!’

Stacey is mother to Zachary, 12, and eight-year-old Leighton – who she has from previous relationships – as well as her and Joe’s 22-month-old son Rex.
Joe also has a son, Harry, 13, from a former relationship.
It’s been a busy time for the former X Factor star as she’s recently launched her new book Tap To Tidy, and she’s set to star in her very own home improvement show.
She’s also planning her summer wedding to ex EastEnders star Joe after he popped the question on Christmas Eve last year.
