The singer looked in good spirits as she struck a series of poses alongside her nieces as they made the most of the sunshine.

The clip showed her perfecting a range of moves including deep squats using resistance bands and lunges.
She also showed footage of her running on a treadmill and incorporating huge weights into some of her stretches.

When she is not working out, Nicole is often spending quality time with her rugby player beau Thom Evans, 35, who she has been with since 2019.
The pair met on the first-ever edition of X Factor: Celebrity, with Thom competing as a boy band alongside Ben Foden and Levi Davis called Try Star, while the brunette was on the judging panel.
According to reports, the couple are open to starting a family together in the near future.
Nicole and Thom are also said to be looking towards the future and intend on purchasing a property together in London.
