The heavily famous reality star faced backlash last week for posting a GoFundMe to support a makeup artist acquaintance Samuel Rauda who was injured in an accident.

The purported billionaire asked for prayers and donations to help cover the cost of his medical bills, causing many to scoff that she wouldn’t just put up the money herself after only donating $5K.

She took to Instagram to give clarity on the situation revealing the initial goal was to raise $10K. ‘They had already raised 6k so I put it in 5k to reach their original goal and thought I’d post on my stories to gain more awareness if anyone also felt compelled (to) share or donate.’

Kylie added in her statement ‘I don’t know how all of this got so twisted…Anyone that knows me knows that I do things from the heart and I try to be helpful whenever I can be.’
