Millie Bobby Brown made quite the surprising admission while promoting her new movie Godzilla Vs. Kong, revealing how many popular movies she hasn’t seen.
The 17-year-old Stranger Things star reprises her role as Madison Russell from 2019’s Godzilla: King of Monsters in Godzilla Vs. Kong, which debuts in theaters and on HBO Max on Wednesday.
During an interview with MTV, the actress admitted she has never seen a Marvel, DC or a Harry Potter movie to date.

Since Godzilla vs. Kong pits these two iconic monsters and franchises together, she was asked where she would stand on the argument of Marvel vs. DC, when she admitted she hasn’t seen any film in either franchise.
‘So I haven’t watched a Marvel film, ever, and I’ve never watched a DC film. News, I know,’ the actress began.
‘It’s not (my thing) but I’m open to it. I’ve just never been like “Oh I’m going to put on this film,”‘ she added.

The actress also said she’s, ‘more into like The Notebook, let’s put on some romance films.’
She also theorized that perhaps she’s not into the big spectacle films because she’s, ‘doing that stuff already. I want to see stuff that’s real.’
She added about never watching Harry Potter, “I have so many friends that just look at me and they’re like ‘How?’ and I’m like ‘I don’t know.’”

When she was asked to rank Jurassic Park vs. Harry Potter, she surprised interviewer Josh Horowitz by saying Jurassic Park.
‘I’ve never seen Harry Potter,’ she said, as Horowitz suggested she needs a break to catch up on all of these movies.
‘I know, I know, I know. I have so many friends that just look at me and they’re like, How? I’m like, I don’t know,’ she added.

‘I’ve watched every episode of Friends. I like grew up eating dinner and watching Friends. Like, you know in Matilda when they eat dinner in front of the TV? That was me and my family with Friends,’ she added.
Godzilla vs. Kong is currently available on HBO Max and in theaters nationwide.
