Carol Vorderman enjoyed a sunny woodland walk on Friday, slipping into a pair of skin-tight mesh leggings for her outing.

The former Countdown star, 60, shared an Instagram photo of herself before setting out wearing the stylish workout bottoms teamed with a grey jersey.

Putting her famous curves on display, Carol grinned at the camera as her brunette hair cascaded over her shoulders.

Commenting on the gorgeous weather, she captioned the snap: ‘Got the old mesh legging out today, must be spring.’

She later posted a clip of herself walking through woodland in a black padded jacket, telling her social media followers: ‘It’s lovely here in the woods,’ as birds chirped away.

Carol then posted a joyful video of herself spinning around with the camera to Jonathan Groff’s famous Frozen song, Lost in the Woods.

The fabulous display comes after she recently encouraged her followers to ‘dress how they want’ when the UK’s current lockdown comes to an end.

Carol slipped her hourglass curves into a pair of pink animal print leggings which drew attention to her svelte pins and famous derriere in the post.

The mathematics guru flashed a smile for the camera as she appeared in good spirits about the end of restrictions.

Fitness fanatic Carol received her first coronavirus vaccine at Ashton Gate Stadium in Bristol, last month.

The broadcaster lauded the staff and volunteers for their hard work and meticulous organisation.

In a lengthy Instagram post, the TV star wrote: ‘I’ve had my vaccine jab this morning. This was so well organised and really quite an emotional experience.

‘From the smiley lady directing people in the car park and putting everyone at ease to the volunteers and staff at @ashtongatestadium Bristol.

‘A huge coincidence happened tho. I love chatting and was blathering away to the wonderful Dr Susan Clompus who gave me my jab. And it turns out we were at school together HUNDREDS of Miles away in Rhyl, North Wales. 

‘I went to her brother’s birthday party and apparently I was a very nice Prefect cos I didn’t tell anyone off… oh I do love this world’. (sic)

The glamorous presenter often shows off her enviable physique on Instagram, and earlier in March, proved the lengths she goes to to stay in shape.

Carol endured 18 hour fast and a sweaty home gym workout before tucking into a roasted chicken feast.

She took to Twitter to let her followers know that during her fast, she’d also taken a long walk and was now craving a chocolate brownie.

Carol first tweeted a video of her food being cooked up, and told her fans: ‘Been a busy girl…..Guess what?

Alongside a video of the spread before her, Carol tweeted: ‘Nom Nom……I could smell this gorgeous chicken roasting when I was doing all my sweaty stuff in the gym…..nice feeling……oh yeah babycakes.

‘I’m so ready for this. Been fasting for 18 hours…..yessssssssss’ and reiterated: ”Ready for this meal… 18 hours fast… nice walk and a sweaty gym sesh. can’t wait.’

An hour later, after indulging in her substantial meal, Carol shared a video of herself looking satisfied, which was captioned: ‘I’ve had my lunch… Stuffed now! #Greedy.’
