Kaz spent two weeks at the hotel after arriving in the country from Dubai where was previously living.
It comes after Kaz revealed she fell ‘face first into the pavement’ and had to wear bandages on her shoulder after an accident last month.

Alongside the post, Kaz told how she was wearing the covering on her shoulder after suffering a nasty fall.
