90210 alum Shenae Grimes hits the 21st week in pregnancy… and asks for help choosing name for her son
On Thursday, 90210 alum Shenae Grimes-Beech reached the 21st week of her second pregnancy, and she’s now asking fans to help her choose a name for her unborn son.
The Canadian 31-year-old and her husband Josh Beech have even tried out a few monikers as they await the arrival of a baby brother for their two-year-old daughter Bowie Scarlett.
‘With Bowie, it was so easy,’ Shenae wrote on her blog The Damn Thing on March 30.

‘She is such a Bowie. We thought it’d be the same with this kid. We thought we’d have it in the bag, no problem. We knew we wanted something that went well with Bowie.’
Grimes and the 34-year-old Englishman shared one idea with friends and family, which she said was a ‘big mistake.’
‘I know I said it was his name and I liked it when we wrote it on a piece of paper and said it aloud amongst ourselves, but now… not so much,’ the expecting influencer explained.

‘Something about the way it came out of other people’s mouths just felt off. I loved it. I loved that everyone else loved it, but I hated hearing them say it which would likely become an issue over time. Just as quick as we’d landed on that name, I now wanted to throw it as far away as possible. That was not my child’s name.’
Shenae continued: ‘It’s a big decision. It will last his lifetime and be a big part of his identity, unless he ever chooses to change it. That’s a lot of pressure! I don’t want to give him something I feel half-hearted about.
‘I was so sure with Bowie and I want to feel the same about this little one’s name. He deserves that kind of confidence. And a great f***ing name, like his big sis.’

Grimes will likely go for another rock star considering that Josh is an indie rock singer on top of being a DNA Model.
The Beeches – who became American citizens in 2019 – will next celebrate their eighth wedding anniversary on May 10.
