Earlier this week, Katie and Harvey enjoyed an al fresco workout together on two exercise bikes, as they continued to work on his fitness.

Harvey is on the autism spectrum and was born with disabilities including partial blindness, ADHD and Prader-Willi syndrome, which causes weight gain, however he has recently managed to shed pounds amid his weight struggle.

The duo looked happier than ever as they enjoyed the workout on the CAROL bikes, with Katie clad in a polo shirt and Harvey in red trousers adorned with the words ‘Harvey’s Law’ from his own clothing collection.

In December, Katie revealed Harvey had lost eight pounds in just a week after embarking on a lifestyle overhaul with her boyfriend Carl Woods.

Detailing the teen’s new health journey, the ex-Page 3 star told OK! magazine: ‘We’ve got some gym stuff for him and put it all in Carl’s garage.

‘Prep Kitchen are also going to send meals to his school. We want to try anything to help him lose his weight. He’s lost 4kg this week, so at least he’s lost something.’

Car salesman Carl, 31, recently explained how he and the mother-of-five have transformed one of his rooms with fitness equipment for Harvey.

The one-time Love Island star told The Sun: ‘Kate and I have kitted my garage out with fitness equipment, and it’s all for Harvey. He likes to do thing with me and Kate, if he sees us doing that, I think he’ll do that with us.’
