Then came the kicker: ‘Never seen nor heard from him since,’ as she mouthed along to the lyrics of The Noisettes’ 2009 hit Never Forget You.

‘I’ll never forget you,’ she lip-synced as she participated in a viral trend on the social media app where people use the song to share a story about someone from their past.

‘”Loves of my life” The support group meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays,’ Union jokingly added in the comments section.

Three decades later and the star still looked like the spitting image of her school days self.

The only difference being her hairstyle, going for 90’s appropriate waves to complement her frilly white dress in the photo.

In the new clip, she instead went for a far more modern trio of slick buns.

The Bring It On performer may not have found true love with her high school sweetheart, but she has found an incredible love story with her husband Dwyane Wade, 39.

Last week, she and the ex-NBA pro were pictured cuddled up to each other for a cover shot on the new issue of People magazine.

The couple have been together for more than a decade and married in 2014, and credit their lasting relationship to adjusting to each other’s needs.

‘I’d like to say we’ve worked on it. It’s about learning each other, learning what she wants for her life and for her career and trying to support all those things,’ he told the publication.

‘It’s not my job to change who she is, it’s my job to be part of the evolution. In this partnership, there are times when I have to lead, times when I have to step back and times where we are side by side. And I know when to shut up,’ he added.

Blended family: The couple have daughter Zaya, 13, and Zaire, 19, from Dwyane's previous marriage, Wade's son with an ex, Xavier, seven, and Dahveon, 19, Dwyane's nephew, in addition to two-year-old daughter Kaavia

The pair are raising a blended family of five children together, ranging in age from two to 19.

Union shared with the outlet: ‘I was raised to assimilate. I was raised to conform. But we are raising our kids to know they are worthy because they exist.

‘We don’t want them to ever shape shift for anyone else’s approval or acceptance. We want them to be free to be who they are.’

She and her husband welcomed their daughter Kaavia, two, via a surrogate.

Former Miami Heat star Wade has a son Zaire, 19, and a transgender daughter Zaya, 13, from his previous marriage.

He is also raising his son Xavier, seven, from a previous relationship, as well as his nephew Dahveon, 19.

‘My focus when it comes to any of my kids is to let them know who they are so that when other people’s opinions about them are formed, it’s not hitting them,’ he told People.

He went on: ‘If we allow our kids to be their true selves, we don’t have to worry about them conforming with anything or anyone. Why wouldn’t we push our kids to be their authentic selves?’
