She recently welcomed a baby boy named Sunny with her fiancé Josh Barker.

The mother of one dressed casually in a blue T-shirt and activewear shorts.

She accessorised with a floppy hat, brown sandals and a stylish wristwatch.

Elyse kept a watchful eye on her infant son as she held the baby boy tightly while making her way to the car.

She had another woman help her load the two boxes into the vehicle before leaving.

Later that day, she was spotted taking her two Weimaraners for a walk on the beach.

She had Sunny with her, but this time she kept the baby strapped to her chest in a carrier.

Last month, Elyse revealed she was crippled by anxiety following the birth of her son.

‘I got quite anxious leaving home for the first time. My heart was racing. I didn’t know if I could do it,’ she said.

‘Having [Sunny], having our dogs and getting out there… and Sunny was screaming in the car and it made me quite scared.’

She added: ‘I found it hard to breathe and I had to tell myself, “It’s fine, what could go wrong? Everyone has babies… you just have to go for it.”

‘It took a couple of times to feel confident. But I’m not going to lie, it was hard at the start.’

Elyse said her fiancé Josh urged her to go outside and continue her life as normally as possible.

‘Josh was really great with pushing me out, so we went camping when Sunny was five weeks old,’ she said.

‘We got out there and did it. Josh said, “What could go wrong?” Which is true. And I’m so grateful he did push me because now I feel confident doing those special things as a family.’

Elyse welcomed Sunny, her first child with Josh, on February 25.

The new mother has said her son is as cheerful as his name suggests.

‘He’s living up to his name; positive, happy and shiny,’ she recently told The Herald Sun.

‘He wakes up smiling, even at 4.30 in the morning, and he’s ready to go for the day,’ she added.
