Laura Dundovic sure broke a sweat in her latest series of workout videos that she shared on her Instagram on Friday afternoon.

The athletic 33-year-old model and 2008 Miss Universe Australia winner looked slim and toned as she worked out wearing a stylish green activewear bra and skintight leggings.

Laura revealed her exact workout with fans and followers, doing a series of intricate and challenging exercises as she trained at the Acero gym in Sydney, which is owned by Rebel Wilson’s personal trainer Jono Castano.

Showing exactly how she achieves and maintains her incredible figure, Laura completed exercises including pullups, cable exercises and dumbbell sets.

‘Back at it again today,’ Laura wrote over one video. 

 ‘Apparently a lot goes into a pullup,’ she added, while holding two dumbbells. ‘Now working on grip strength. My poor little arms.’

Heavy: Laura later cranked out the dumbbells for a few chest press sets, followed by a workout on the hip thruster machine

Laura then completed an upper dumbbell chest press set with ease and then followed up with a workout on the hip thruster machine.

‘2 down, 1 up, 1 pulse,’ she wrote.

Finally the model showed off her back muscles with a lat pulldown set and finished up with some barbell squats, ab exercises with a ball and a standing cable row to pump the back and triceps.

Laura then posted a striking snap of herself post-workout wearing a sleeveless white top and skinny jeans.  

Acero gym in Sydney is a regular workout venue for Laura and instrumental in maintaining her slim, athletics shape. It’s also a main venue for many other Aussie celebrities.

Jono Castano, the main trainer at Acero and past trainer for the model, has also worked with numerous other celebrities including comedian Rebel Wilson, who recently made a huge weight loss breakthrough.
