She recently announced she’d given up drinking alcohol during Melbourne’s 112-day lockdown last year.

And Nova radio host Chrissie Swan, 47, showed off her recent weight loss while out and about Melbourne.

Looking happy and healthy, the Celebrity MasterChef star was seen delivering a homemade cake to a local café, enjoying a friendly discussion with the owner.

Looking great! Nova radio host Chrissie Swan, 47, looked like a brand new woman as she showed off her recent weight loss while out and about Melbourne on Saturday

Chrissie highlighted her new silhouette in a form-fitting ensemble, sporting black jeans, blue sneakers, and a quirky jumper emblazoned with the words: ‘be kind, it’s gangster.

She wore minimal makeup for the low-key outing and allowed her chestnut mane to fall in loose waves by her shoulders.

After delivering the cake to the café, the Big Brother alumnus purchased a take-away coffee and what looked to be a jar of jam at the counter.

‘Booze-free activity degree of difficulty: 10 = karaoke. UNLOCKED! I can’t quite believe it but it IS POSSIBLE. Fresh as a daisy this morning and I still have my voice!’ she wrote alongside a selfie of the pair.

In April, the Melbourne-based mother-of-three said her sleep had also improved since giving up alcohol.

‘I stopped drinking booze of any kind (alcohol is diabolical for sleep and anxiety too)’ she explained, as she detailed a sleep study she was taking part in.
