Avon Court, an estate on Shakespeare Grove in Hawthorn, has hit the market with a whopping price tag of between $38 and $41.8million.

The home has some incredible features, including eight bedrooms, seven kitchens – one of which has an 18-seat teppanyaki set-up, and a 4,000 bottle wine cellar.

Marshall White Stonnington have taken the reigns of selling the property, after two failed attempts over the last two years.

It remained unsold on the market for 250 days after a May listing last year and again couldn’t find a buyer after being on the market for 99 days in April this year.

The home’s owner, Chongqing Du had previously listed the home for between $45 – $50million in 2018.

According to public records the home was purchased in 2014 for $19.8million from a private company directed by Garry Dumbrell, Autobarn’s co-founder.
