MAFS’ Cathy Evans shows off her pert derriere in a G-string after her Brazilian butt lift

Married At First Sight star Cathy Evans underwent a Brazilian butt lift in July.

And on Wednesday, the 28-year-old showed off the results of her procedure as she relaxed in the sun.

The reality TV star shared a photo to Instagram, flaunting her pert derrière in a G-string as she stretched her body out on a towel.

‘A view for my neighbours,’ she captioned the cheeky post.

Cathy underwent a series of plastic surgery procedures in July, including 10 liposuctions and a fat-transfer Brazilian butt lift.

She documented her consultation, surgery and recovery on Instagram, presumably as part of a sponsorship deal with the clinic.

But her recovery from the extensive procedures proved to be a difficult one, after she was forced onto the street shortly after the $30,000 surgery.

Cathy broke down in tears as she recalled being evacuated from her home due to a nearby fire and how the experience left her humiliated and in excruciating pain.

Speaking to the camera, the bandaged bride said through tears: ‘We were all out on the street. I had to stand out like this. I’m so embarrassed.’

‘It hasn’t been smooth sailing for me,’ she sobbed.

She explained she’d been lying down, trying to recover when police and firemen barged into her home to get everybody to evacuate.

‘I really struggle to get up and all the fluid’s moving through my body, so I was kind of shocked and trying to get up faster and I was in more pain,’ she said.
