Hilarious moment group of parents prank their children to believe they’re being chased by BIG FOOT

A group of cunning parents have shared the hilarious moment they pranked their kids into believing they were being chased by Big Foot.

Morgan Blue, 28, and her cousin Veronica White, 49, from Texas, hatched a plan to scare their respective sons Brydger, 7, and Braxton, 10, after the boys admitted they were sceptical that ‘Big Foot’ exists.

Morgan ordered the Halloween costume in the style of the mythical woodland character for her husband Alex to wear and then filmed him emerging from the forest behind their home.

But the boys’ terrified reaction was so priceless the parents were in fits of laughter, with the successful prank going viral on social media.

Braxton, Brydger and their friend Kamden, 10, had been playing in the pond by the creek where they live when they called to say they were stuck – giving the mischievous parents the perfect opportunity.

Construction worker and dad to Brydger, Alex, 27, dressed up in the Big Foot costume and hid in the woods while Morgan, Veronica and Braxton’s dad, Kevin, waited by the pond poised with a video camera.

Morgan said: ‘We were laughing so hard we were all in tears.

‘When they realised even the kids were laughing because they knew we had got them good.

‘At first Braxton didn’t notice Alex in the costume until he made a noise and started shaking a branch.

‘But as soon as he saw him he started running over screaming ‘it’s Big Foot I swear’.’

The cousins, who are also neighbours, live on a 150 acre plot with a creek and large woodland.

Veronica said: ‘We had been planning on pranking them with the Big Foot costume and we were finally able to get them.

‘In these parts and in Louisiana, people say there is a Big Foot on the loose and go out hunting Big Foot.

‘Morgan always say as a joke to the boys when they go out to play – ‘don’t let Big Foot get ya!’

‘The boys were a bit sceptical that he exists so we came up with a plan to prank them about a month ago but we hadn’t got the chance until now.’

After sharing the video on Facebook, the prank went viral with over 44,000 shares.

Morgan said: ‘We had no idea that it was going to go viral.

‘It’s the best $100 I’ve ever spent!’
