Channel Nine unveils sneak peek at upcoming Lego Masters ‘Bricksmas’ special – and it features The Block’s Scott Cam and Sophie Monk


A Christmas edition of Lego Masters will hit screens later this year.

On Tuesday, Channel Nine unveiled a sneak peek at the upcoming special which will feature some very familiar faces.

Celebrities starring in the star-studded special include Love Island Australia host Sophie Monk and Nova’s Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli.

The two-part Bricksmas event will see celebrities teaming up with past LEGO Masters contestants to create spectacular festive creations. 

Also taking part is Today entertainment reporter Brooke Boney and The Block’s Scott Cam.

Returning to host the family friendly entertainment show is comedian Hamish Blake with judge Ryan ‘Brickman’ McNaught.

‘Bricksmas is a very special holiday, it will see beloved Aussies create incredible things out of LEGO,’ Hamish says in a preview of the series.

The promo hints the series will feature plenty of holiday cheer, Christmas music, fake snow and fun banter.

‘You’ve never been a contestant have you, Scotty,’ Hamish says to The Block host.

Lego Masters has proven to be a ratings hit for the network after this year’s season three finale drew a high of 932,000 viewers.

The numbers peaked at 1.03million when David and Gus were announced as winners of the $100,000 prize money with their impressive forest diorama.
