Stacey Solomon shows baby daughter Rose her nursery for the first time in sweet new post

She documented the process of getting the nursery ready on Instagram. 

And on Friday, Stacey Solomon finally showed her baby daughter Rose her room for the first time.

The Loose Women star, 32, took to her Instagram Stories to share the emotional moment with her 4.8 million followers.

Stacey wrote: ‘[Rose] was so settled and alert so I showed her her room,’ before admitting: ‘I didn’t realise how emotional I would get about being in here with Rose.

 ‘Rose I dreamed of bringing you in here, feeding you in your chair, playing with you, getting you dressed, just everything.

‘It was even more special than I could have ever dreamed of. I can’t wait to watch you grow up in here.’

The former X Factor star also shared a string of sweet mirror selfies of her cradling Rose in front of the flower-adorned wall, both wearing matching all in pink outfits.

Alongside the adorable snaps, she wrote: ‘And then you were here. I left the bedroom for a few hours today. It was sunny and Rose was wide awake & settled so I thought I’d show her her room.

‘I didn’t realise how much it would make my tummy flutter. It feels like yesterday I finished decorating it and I was cuddling her in my tummy dreaming about her being in here and now she is…’

‘Rose I thought about this moment so many times… It was even more special than I could have imagined. 

‘I can’t wait to watch you grow up in here and as you grow I hope you love your room much as I loved every second of making it… P.S I hope you look at me like this forever.’

Stacey welcomed Rose last month on October 4, the same day as her 32nd birthday.

She shares Rose, along with two-year-old son Rex, with fiancé Joe Swash, and is also a mum to 13-year old Zach and nine-year-old Leighton and step-mum to Joe’s 13-year-old son, Harry.
