Two prominent Duke basketball teammates are facing charges stemming from a drunk-driving arrest outside of Durham, North Carolina early Sunday morning: NBA prospect Paulo Banchero and Michael Savarino, the grandson of Blue Devils head coach, Mike Krzyzewski.

Savarino, the driver, has been charged with DWI while Banchero was booked for aiding and abetting DWI, which can be charged to anyone who knowingly turns over their vehicle to an impaired driver.

‘We are reviewing a legal matter involving two members of the men’s basketball team,’ Krzyzewski said in a statement to the Raleigh News & Observer. ‘Any further actions as a result of this situation will ultimately be determined by the Vice President/Director of Athletics and University officials.’
