Jessika Power revealed the staggering amount of money she made on just one social media post on Tuesday night’s episode of Big Brother VIP.
The 29-year-old, who has become a popular influencer since debuting on the 2019 season of Married At First Sight, told Big Brother in the Diary Room that she once earned ‘close to $11,000’.
The blonde beauty also detailed her heartbreaking split from MAFS co-star Daniel Webb, who she ‘couple-swapped’ with, and revealed why she’s yet to find love.

Asked by Big Brother why she should be considered a VIP, Jessika responded: ‘I’ve been paid close to $11,000 for one social media post.
‘I made [the] Top 100 for Maxim [magazine], I made television history by swapping husbands. I didn’t like him so I moved on with another husband,’ she said.
Jessika was referring to Dan Webb who she split with in April 2019. They memorably broke up during a live episode of Talking Married, which aired immediately after the 2019 MAFS finale.

They embarked on an affair behind their respective partners’ backs, but were allowed to re-enter the experiment as a new couple after their secret unravelled.
Asked by Big Brother whether the romance was ‘successful’, Jessika paused before responding: ‘We were together for a little while. I got really upset with that (the split) because I really loved him.’
The reality star went on to reveal how he broke her heart, particularly when she ‘moved states for him’ and just did what she thought ‘was the right thing’.

She said: ‘It just hurt as well because it’s not like a normal breakup where it’s private and you talk about it with each other. The whole world then knew. The whole of Australia knew. I got broken up with on national TV. That was pretty big.’
Jessika went on to reveal that she’s yet to find love, and why she struggles to find a suitable partner.
‘When I find somebody that’s really good I struggle to believe them… that they’re being good because they want to and they love me. I just feel like I’m always being played, but I just continue to learn and grow,’ she said.

Back in January 2020, Jessika spoke candidly about the impact of her split with ‘TV husband’ Dan in an interview with Daily Mail Australia.
She revealed that she was ‘drinking one to two bottles of wine a day’ and taking ‘Xanax every night to sleep and numb the pain’ after their relationship ended.
‘I needed to numb [the pain because] I had never been in a darker place in my life… I was heartbroken and mentally beaten down,’ she explained.

‘He broke my heart live on television when prior to that I’d cook him dinner and were talking about how he couldn’t wait until all of this was over and we could start living our lives like a normal couple and how much he loved me,’ she added.
Jessika said she felt betrayed when Dan ended their romance and started dating her brother Rhyce Power’s ex-girlfriend Vanessa Sierra.
‘He did a good job of acting like he loved me. I felt so stupid and sad for a long time,’ she admitted.
‘But I am healthy, happy and just smashing my own goals and laughing at it all now. In a way I thank him for making me stronger but I also pity him.’
