TV presenter Danny Clayton thanks fans for ‘spreading the word’ as he finds his motorcycle after it was stolen


Danny Clayton has found his motorcycle after it was stolen in Sydney’s Bondi.

The TV presenter shared a post to Instagram, thanking fans for ‘spreading the word’ after a follower spotted his bike.

‘Broken but RECOVERED!!! Thank you thank you thank you to those who spread the word,’ he wrote.

‘@ripleysbelieveitorwot saw a post and spotted my bike abandoned a few blocks away. (You legend).’

Danny added: ‘The ignition/electronics have been fried but they can be repaired. I honestly never thought I would see her again. Very grateful.’ 

He also shared a video to Instagram after being told his bike had been found.

‘So here it is, my motorcycle. It won’t start so I’ve got a lock on the front tyre so no one can steal it,’ he explained.

On Monday, Danny shared a post to Instagram, revealing his bike had been stolen.

‘To my darling Bonnie. You were loved by many. We had great adventures and your kind soul raised money for charities,’ he wrote.

‘A string of thefts occurred last night in Bondi. Lock your wheels friends.Our precious unleaded horses are at risk.’

‘To all that knew her, pour some coffee out for her today. Whoever has my Triumph… treat her right, she is a classic so don’t customise her with stupid aftermarket parts.’

The tires need replacing soon. Have fun.’
