Selling agent Mel McVeigh from Greg Hocking said the family resided in the old ‘beach shack’ before they decided to ‘design, demolish and rebuild’ it.

‘They have bought and sold a lot of homes over the years, and had a really good view of what they wanted,’ Ms McVeigh continued.

‘And they wanted to make sure they had the best view over the football ground and the ocean.’
