The video montage initially shows her grandparents drawing a flower each on sticky notes.

It cuts to a studio where the body art is designed and then tattooed on Emily.

She then shows the tattoo to each set of grandparents and explains to them how the video has gone viral.

The first grandmother reacts by saying ‘That’s lovely Emily’, while her grandfather says ‘Bloody hell’.

Her other grandmother complains about her drawing saying ‘I can’t even draw. It’s all wobbly and everything!’

Emily said: ‘I always consider myself so lucky to have all four grandparents still with me.

‘I’ve always kept birthday cards with their writing, with the thought of getting them tattooed, but I wanted to do something with all of them together.

‘I asked them to draw a flower without a stem and told them to draw it quite basic as I knew it needed to be for the tattoo.

‘I think the outcome was perfect, I love how imperfect it is.
