Hilary Swank has said goodbye to Los Angeles after the pandemic.
The 47-year-old Oscar-winning actress has put her $10.5million Los Angeles home located in the tony Pacific Palisades neighborhood on the market after moving to Colorado with her family during the pandemic.
This six bedroom and six and a half bathroom home sits beautifully in Palisades, which is near Malibu, with gorgeous ocean views.

The two-time Oscar winner originally purchased the home in 2007 for $5.8million, but over time and with renovations, the house has nearly doubled in value.
This massive home sits on a third of an acre lot. It also has a swimming pool, a movie theatre, newly renovated kitchen, and beautifully maintained vegetable and fruit gardens.
Although the Boys Don’t Cry actress does not have any children, she is a proud dog mom to four rescues, which she shares with her husband, Philip Schneider.

While on set of a film in South Africa, she was filming a scene where she had to jump a fence and on the second take, there was a small puppy waiting for her on the other side.
‘I don’t know if I found this dog, or the dog found me,’ Hilary said while on set.

Ever since the dog, Karoo, entered her life, she decided to create the Hilaroo Foundation in 2019.
According to the Hilaroo Foundation website, this charity ‘pairs rescue animals who have been abandoned with youth who, whether by choice or circumstance, have been given up on by society to create meaningful connections – changing the path of each soul.’
No wonder Hilary and Philip decided to take their four rescue dogs to rural Colorado after spending some time in lockdown.
