The Made In Chelsea star, 29, showered the Love Island star with jewellery from Pandora as she celebrated her milestone 25th birthday.
Zara playfully squeezed Sam’s cheeks in the photo as he held the bag of treats in his hand.

It comes as Sam wished his Zara a happy birthday with a gushing tribute on Instagram on Monday.
He treated her to a stay at the Dorchester Hotel as he told his followers how grateful he was to have Zara in his life- especially after a ‘pretty hard year’.
In the snap, Zara looked stunning for their romantic date night as she slipped into a strapless grey top and a leggy black leather skort.

Zara’s honey tresses were styled in neat curls and swept back from her face in a high ponytail, while she finished her look with a palette of radiant makeup.
Sam beamed beside her as he rocked a smart blue shirt with the sleeves rolled up and dark trousers.

In September, Sam revealed that he wanted a baby with his girlfriend in the near future after the couple moved out of their West London home temporarily to complete renovate it.
Sam told MailOnline that Zara cheating on him last year had actually brought them ‘closer together’ and he didn’t want to be a ‘really old dad’ so wasn’t far off starting a family.
He gushed the Love Islander was the girl of his dreams and they were nearly ready to become parents but he did ‘need to grow up a bit first’.
Sam said: ‘I’ve hit a stage where I’m doing my house up at the moment, I want to make it into a really nice adult home, I’m nearly 30 and I’m with the girl of my dreams.’
‘Not in the next year… but not in the too distant future. I don’t want to be a really old dad. But I do need to grow up a little bit first.’
The Made In Chelsea star’s relationship was thrown into turmoil last year when Zara confessed to being unfaithful.
But Sam quickly rekindled their romance and even made a lighthearted spoof of the Made In Chelsea scene where Zara begged for his forgiveness.
