Leeds are eyeing up a move  for Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie as they seek to turn their season around.

However, manager Marcelo Bielsa has his work cut out if he is to lure the player to the club.

The American could be available for a fee in the region of £20million but a move to a relegation threatened Premier League side may not be particularly appealing.

A weakened Leeds suffered another heavy defeat at the hands of Arsenal on Saturday afternoon.

The 4-1 loss followed a a 7-0 drubbing by Man City at the Etihad, the two matches leaving them 16th, five points above the drop zone. 

They have struggled with injuries this term and are in desperate need of reinforcements. 

McKennie, 23, has had an up and down time since moving from Schalke in Germany.

But he is keen to stay and fight for his place at the Italian giants.
