The specific pages from Heart Talk she chose to highlight on her Instagram said: ‘And the best news of all is that it is never too late to become the person you’ve always wanted to be.’

The reality TV personality chose to personally underline the text that said:  ‘No matter how overwhelming the feelings that come stress and anxiety are, we must always remember that we are human.

‘And though we may not be able to control their arrival, we always have the power to release them.’

Mental health matters: 'Pause. Breathe slowly and deliberately. Think positively. Remember your strength. These feelings will eventually leave, because ultimately they know they have no home within your sacred self'

Earlier this year in May, Kendall sat down with Vogue and opened up about her struggles with anxiety for their series Open Minded.

‘I remember being really young and having shortness of breath and going to my mom and telling her that,’ the Victoria Secret angel said during her Vogue interview. ‘In hindsight, now I know that that was obviously anxiety.’

Kendall’s main goal when discussing how anxiety has affected her life is to help de-stigmatize the negative correlation mental health issues and anxiety have in the world.

The model has been balancing her modeling career as well as launching her own business, 818 Tequila, in May.

Her brand works closely with family-owned farms in Jalisco, Mexico to bring the alcoholic beverage to life. Kendall has also said that the name of the tequila is an area code that is ‘home to her.’
